2. Do not ship defective product until you receive an RMA number from TouchView

Returns Policy

1. All returns require an RMA number, which must be prominently displayed on the box.

2. TouchView will issue an RMA number within 2 business days after receipt of the completed RMA form.

3. TouchView must receive the product within 20 days of the issuance of the RMA number or before the RMA number will expire, which may void the warranty.

4. All RMA items must be returned in their original packaging. If you do not have the original packaging, please notify the RMA department when requesting an RMA number.

5. TouchView will not accept COD (cash on delivery) returns or 3rd party returns.

6. Warranties are void if manufacturer serial numbers have been removed.

7. The warranty is voided upon the invoice becoming past due.
